By confirming the reservation, you accept the terms and conditions described below:

Tours must be booked 48 hours in advance;
The reservation is only confirmed, after a 40% deposit and a confirmation email;
All full day circuits include a stop for lunch lasting 1h00 included in the price of the circuit;
Entrances to Thermal Bath Parks are not included in the price of the circuit, having an extra cost;
Tours may be canceled or have their itineraries changed, without prior notice, due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control;
Azores Wonderful reserves the right to choose transport, depending on the number of participants;
All tours are fully insured.

By confirming the reservation, you accept the cancellation policies described below:

Payment for tours is made by MBWay or Bank Transfer;
Reservations canceled by the customer up to 48 hours before the tour date will be fully refunded;
Reservations canceled by the customer less than 48 hours before the date of the tour are subject to a fee of 40% of the tour value;
Cancellations made by the customer on the day of the tour or No Shows will be charged in full and will not be refunded;
Refunds can take up to 30 business days to be processed and returned to the original form of payment;
In case of cancellation by Azores Wonderful, the tour may be rescheduled for another day or refunded.
