TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations

 

• Tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

• The reservation is only considered confirmed upon a deposit payment of 40% and the receipt of the circuit confirmation email.

• All full-day circuits include a 1-hour lunch break, and the cost is already included in the circuit price.

• Admission to Thermal Baths Parks is not included in the circuit price and incurs an additional cost.

• Tours may be canceled or have their itineraries altered without prior notice due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

• Azores Wonderful reserves the right to choose the mode of transportation depending on the number of participants.

• All tours are fully insured.

Cancellation Policy

 

• Payment for tours can be made by MBWay or Bank Transfer or in Cash.

• Reservations canceled by the customer up to 48 hours before the tour date will be fully refunded.

• Reservations canceled by the customer with less than 48 hours' notice before the tour date are subject to a 40% fee of the tour value.

• Cancellations made by the customer on the day of the circuit or No Shows will be charged in full and will not be refunded.

• Refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed and returned to the original form of payment.

• In the event of cancellation by Azores Wonderful, the tour can be rescheduled for another day or refunded.

 

By confirming your reservation, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions, as well as the cancellation policy. It is important to be aware that any violation of these terms may result in the refusal of service or other appropriate measures by Azores Wonderful.
